Your Impact

As a Team Lead, Sourcing Services, you will supervise and guide a team to deliver accurate and efficient sourcing services. Your leadership will help ensure supplier data integrity, process efficiency, and compliance with global sourcing standards, supporting Newmont's supply chain success.

As Part of Our Team, You Will

• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and assess team performance.
• Oversee sourcing service delivery against accuracy, consistency, and completeness standards.
• Support team members in preparing supplier data for decision-making and risk evaluation.
• Provide supplier performance reports covering cost, quality, sustainability, and delivery.
• Assist with process improvements, digital tools, and workflow enhancements.
• Participate in auditing and data quality initiatives.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members to support their growth.

Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Competent in ERP/SAP (Ariba preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
• 3–5 years' experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, with some supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of P2P processes, supply chain life cycles, and global/local supplier management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and people management skills.

Your Work Environment

• You will be part of Newmont's Global Delivery Center (GDC) in Costa Rica, working within the Corporate function. The role is people-focused and involves cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders across People, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain teams.
• While the position is intended to be hybrid, as we establish our foundation, we will begin on-site to foster strong relationships, align our strategies, and ensure a solid framework for long-term success.
• This role is for the day shift schedule.
• Compensation will be aligned with the local Costa Rican market and paid in Costa Rican colones (CRC).
