Your Impact

As an Officer in Supply Chain Reporting Services, you will maintain accurate and consistent supply chain data to support timely and reliable internal and external reporting, helping Newmont make informed business decisions.

As Part Of Our Team, You Will

• Gather performance data from sourcing, procurement, and accounts payable.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on spend, contracts, compliance, and volumes.
• Assist in forecasting and development processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support teams in resolving data and reporting issues.

Prerequisites For Your Success In This Role

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of accounting, purchasing processes, and performance measurement.
• Developing proficiency in database input, data management tools, and reporting technologies.
• Ability to present data clearly and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborative approach to working across functions.

Your Work Environment

• You will be part of Newmont's Global Delivery Center (GDC) in Costa Rica, working within the Corporate function. The role is people-focused and involves cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders across People, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain teams.
• While the position is intended to be hybrid, as we establish our foundation, we will begin on-site to foster strong relationships, align our strategies, and ensure a solid framework for long-term success.
• This role is for the day shift schedule.
• Compensation will be aligned with the local Costa Rican market and paid in Costa Rican colones (CRC).
