Your Impact

As an Analyst in Supply Chain Reporting Services, you will consolidate, analyze, and report supply chain performance data to provide insights that drive efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization across Newmont's operations.

As Part Of Our Team, You Will

  • Analyze sourcing and procurement data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual supply chain reports.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by reconciling and validating data.
  • Monitor performance metrics and key indicators to assess supply chain health.
  • Assist in developing presentations and reporting materials for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives for enhanced reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Prerequisites For Your Success In This Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Supply Chain and Financial modules).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience in sourcing, procurement, and accounts payable processes.
  • Competence in report development, data management, and presentation tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Your Work Environment

  • You will be part of Newmont's Global Delivery Center (GDC) in Costa Rica, working within the Corporate function.
  • While the position is intended to be hybrid, as we establish our foundation, we will begin on-site to foster strong relationships, align our strategies, and ensure a solid framework for long-term success.
  • This role is for the day shift schedule.
  • Compensation will be aligned with the local Costa Rican market and paid in Costa Rican colones (CRC).
