This position performs work requiring advanced knowledge and experience related to logistics, with a special emphasis on warehouse operations and customer service. The Warehouse Lead is a working lead who demonstrates core leadership qualities and is flexible, has excellent communication skills and is able to adapt easily to change.
Under the direction of Logistics Management, the Warehouse Operations Lead is responsible for the daily operations related to Material Management including shipping/receiving, material handling, material inventory and cycle counts, forklift operation, customer service, document destruction and other tasks related to Logistics. The Warehouse Lead is responsible for providing an array of customer driven on demand services within a secure government facility.

The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate's qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
