Support the activities and operations of the shop service desk; prepare documents necessary for the activities and operations of the fleet division including invoices and work orders; assist vendors and customers with invoice and fleet inquiries; maintain the data information systems for the department and perform a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility. Education directly related to the minimum requirements below may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis. High school diploma or GED; and three (3) years of experience maintaining, processing, and retrieving records and preparing reports. Maintaining, processing, and retrieving records and preparing reports within a fleet management operation preferred.
