Sales Consultants are responsible for providing system design consultation and sales proposals to business customers (builders, architects and designers) as well as end users seeking home integration and infrastructure solutions. Sales consultants will maintain and manage relationships of assigned accounts. Sales consultants will work closely with the Project Manager, Branch Manager and other employees to support business customers and their clientele. All sales consultants are expected to pursue mastery across a wide range of product categories including: high-end music systems, A/V home entertainment, security, shades, lighting control, networking and other smart home integration. The ability to provide professional in-store, in-home and in-office design consultations and world-class customer service is critical to success. In addition, this role will be required to assist with general store upkeep and merchandising, and is expected to attend training and customer events after business hours when needed.

Preferred Experience/Education: - Associate degree or above in business or related technical field - 3+ years Consumer Electronic sales experience - Experience in selling premium and luxury products to clients with high expectations - Experience in technical sales of complex and elaborate integrated smart home systems
Required Experience/Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Manage relationships through CRM documentation and post-sale customer follow-up - Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Preferred Certifications: - CEDIA Coursework and/or certifications; CEDIA ESC-D certification is required for Design title designation
