As the manager, you will:
- Lead a team of data analysts responsible for preparing, analyzing, and processing data sets for direct insights, statistical modeling, or other analytical exploration.
- Compile, audit, and evaluate complex data sets from multiple sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity.
- Transform complex data for specific business functions or processes, while applying statistical testing, exploratory analysis, and visualization best practices.
- Create data visualizations and presentations aligned with design and reporting guidelines.
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders on data availability, key performance indicators, and Oracle Health reporting capabilities.
- Lead and contribute to engagements by applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, and industry best practices to deliver functional and technical solutions.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, integrated software and reporting solutions within time and budget constraints.
- Participate in business development activities and effectively consult with client management to identify opportunities.
- Ensure operational policies are followed and business objectives are achieved through best practices and process improvements.
- Monitor operational metrics and business results for your area of responsibility.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6–8 years of relevant professional experience, including 3–4 years in consulting and at least 1 year of team or engagement leadership.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field required.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Strong product or technical expertise within data analytics, reporting, or healthcare IT.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver functional and technical solutions for moderately complex client needs.
- Broad understanding of business processes, industry best practices, and technology solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with independent judgment.
- Effective communicator with the ability to build rapport and consult with clients at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage individual contributors and develop high-performing teams.
- Other:
- Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position.
- Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen.
Expectations:
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Willing to travel 25%.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,300 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
