Provides day-to-day support for the operation and upkeep of a Community Health and Social Services Center. Duties include light maintenance, janitorial, and custodial work; supporting the food pantry and clothing bank; and monitoring facility safety. Ensures the facility remains clean, safe, and welcoming while assisting program staff as needed. Also provides customer service and front-desk support, including answering inquiries and providing general information to visitors. Employees in this role may be assigned to work at various centers throughout the city. Education and experience directly related to the minimum requirements below may be interchangeable on a year for year basis. High school diploma or GED; and two (2) years custodial, janitorial, maintenance, clerical or office assistant experience.
