Test Engineering And Analysis Services Contract

AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is recruiting for the Test Engineering and Analysis Services contract in the Las Cruces and White Sands Missile Range, NM area. Education: High School Diploma or GED Months/Years of Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizen. Must have or be able to obtain a DoD security clearance. Must have a valid driver's license. Proficiency with the computer. Effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Knowledge of weapons systems logistics. The ability to complete and deliver required work in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Must be able to lift or move up to 25lbs. Must be comfortable/capable working within close proximity to ammunition/explosives and tactical military equipment that produce low and high frequency noise when in operation.

Duties

This candidate will have a basic knowledge of weapons systems. Review test documentation to assess adequacy, objectives and procedures with respect to criteria based on appropriate military standards. Prepare Test Incident Reports (TIR) documenting mission timeline, deviation from procedure, equipment failure, preventive and corrective maintenance. Provide input to various test agencies as to Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) issues under guidance of the particular Failure, Scoring, and Definition Scoring Criteria (FSDC) for that system. Monitor test events to assess test conformity with approved test plans. Maintain logs (Digital and or written) to record equipment failure, data collection problems and deviations from planned procedures. Provide an assessment to support Scoring Conferences. Capable of providing effective instruction and guidance to other employee team members to facilitate task accomplishment.
