Part Time Temp Customer Service Role

Local company in Albuquerque is seeking part time temp help from 9/8-1/21. This is a customer service role where you will be receiving incoming calls, providing information and assisting with any inquiries. Must have great communication skills, ability to retain information and research. This position is 30 hours per week, Monday thru Friday mid-day shifts from 9A-3PM. Ability to work onsite or remote in Albuquerque, will have onsite training and pick up equipment for the first two weeks from 8A-5P. Will need to provide your own headset and have internet in your home if you choose to work remote after the training period. Paying $18 per hour. Apply today.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Capacity to retain and apply complex information effectively.
Reliable internet connection at home, excluding the use of hotspots, for remote work.
Ability to provide your own headset for remote communication.
Comfortable working mid-day shifts Monday through Friday.
Must be able to complete onsite training and pick up equipment during the first two weeks.
