We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction through detail-oriented and effective support.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and with attention to detail to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information, including billing and payment details.
• Address challenging customer situations with patience and a focus on positive outcomes.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to manage a high volume of interactions in a dynamic work environment.
• Provide detailed explanations about products and services, exceeding customer expectations in every interaction.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, balancing various responsibilities while maintaining accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and foster a positive work environment.
• Meet established service level thresholds and performance metrics consistently.
• Utilize clear and grammatically correct communication in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with common technical processes, such as saving files to a desktop, opening new tabs, and navigating file explorers.
• Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
