Responsibilities

• Handle sensitive information, including billing and credit card details, with the utmost confidentiality.
• Manage high volumes of customer interactions and meet established service level expectations.
• Resolve challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Organize tasks efficiently and multitask to maintain productivity in a dynamic environment.
• Communicate clearly and accurately, demonstrating strong grammar and spelling skills in all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Adapt to changes in schedules and workflows as needed to meet customer and business demands.

Requirements

• Proficiency with basic technical functions, such as navigating file systems and using multiple browser tabs.
• Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, demonstrating the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
