Location: Downtown ABQ, NM (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM–6:00 PM (rotating monthly schedule)

Contract Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire

Start Date: September 14, 2025

Job Description

Join a leading electricity provider in New Mexico as a Customer Service Representative in their call center. You'll manage 40–50 inbound calls daily, assisting customers with utility service inquiries, billing arrangements, collections, and service connections/disconnections. Empathy and first-call resolution are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of call center experience
• Tenure of 1.5+ years at recent jobs
• High-volume call handling (50+ calls/day)
• Strong de-escalation and customer service skills
• Ability to work with 3–5 software programs and dual monitors
• Must work on-site for 6 months then potential for hybrid schedule
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Collections or utility experience preferred

Pay and Benefits
