Key responsibilities include reviewing customer applications using internal software, inputting and cross-referencing customer data, scheduling meter installations, maintaining Excel reports, and collaborating with billing, pricing, and meter teams. Recommend process improvements and support customer communications.
What you bring: 1+ year of admin/data entry/reporting experience (recent grads welcome!), strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formatting), detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. Team player with a proactive mindset.
