Customer Program Support Specialist

Join a fast-growing energy savings program helping customers reduce their utility bills by shifting usage to off-peak hours. Key responsibilities include reviewing customer applications using internal software, inputting and cross-referencing customer data, scheduling meter installations, and maintaining Excel reports while collaborating with billing, pricing, and meter teams.

What you bring: 1+ year of admin/data entry/reporting experience (recent grads welcome!) Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formatting) Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask Team player with a proactive mindset

Job type & location: This is a contract position based out of Albuquerque, NM. Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
