The Customer Success Services team needs an AI Engineer that can design, develop, configure, evaluate, monitor and optimize generative AI and agent solutions for Oracle applications. The ideal candidate will create processes, tools, and tests so that CSS can evaluate and optimize AI responses on customer instances at scale. The candidate will develop monetizable services and build revenue streams around different levels of test, evaluation, monitoring and audit for generative AI authoring, summarization, retrieval augmented generation and agentic workflows. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining close relationships and sharing information across many lines of business. Preference is for people near Pleasanton, CA, but remote from within the US will be considered.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $68,500 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
