New Level Resources is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a leading manufacturing and design organization. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels in client relationship management, project coordination, and commercial execution. The position includes travel to customer locations in the surrounding area.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Lead the commercial aspects of projects, including quotations, SOWs, and profitability guidelines.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams across purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and design to achieve project goals.
• Identify and resolve potential challenges to maintain customer confidence and project success.
• Forecast and track key account metrics, including sales performance and financial projections.
• Conduct kickoff and closeout meetings, sharing lessons learned and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across all account activities.
• Travel to customer sites locally as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of project or account management experience in retail displays, custom millwork, or a related field
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and manufacturing or design processes
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and commercially minded professional
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required
