Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. Are you an experienced Electrical, Software or Test Design Engineer with 6 years of experience looking for the next step to grow your career? Do you want to design and develop test solutions and write test software that is mission critical and be a part of a greater cause? We have multiple positions in Southern New Hampshire (our locations include Nashua, Hudson, Merrimack and Manchester).

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

BS degree and 6 years of experience Cost Account management experience using earned value techniques and practices Proficient in National Instruments Test Stand Automated test design for a production environment Possess good communication skills including interpersonal communication and team communication Proficiency in Object-oriented programming (C/C /C# etc.) Experience with RF Measurement techniques and ability to diagnose and resolve to root cause measurement anomalies. Takes initiative and has a closure-oriented nature Strong leadership skills Experience in leading engineers on multiple projects/tasks Ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Active Secret clearance. Instrument Communication Network analyzers Spectrum analyzers Microwave/RF measurements VSWR Gain Compression Phase noise S-Parameters etc. Experience with the entire product life cycle development or parts of it: Requirements review, test plan creation, coding, integration of test SW with test stands, and sell-off to customers. Experience with RF test development for production, employing RF Test instrumentation (Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generators, PNA-X etc.) Experience with SW version control and bug tracking tools Experience in supporting factory production test stands, debug, problem isolation, and resolution. Experience with National Instruments FlexRIO (LabVIEW FPGA/VHDL/Verilog a plus) JTAG/Boundary project development in an ATE solution Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence) Git and Tortoise Git Takes initiative and has a closure-oriented nature Experience with HW debug & troubleshooting.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
