LTE Engineer

Responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Engineer supporting cellular network infrastructure design, deployment, testing, and operations. Perform RF site surveys to assess coverage and identify potential issues. Design cellular network implementations to meet performance and coverage requirements. Conduct drive testing to evaluate RF performance and identify optimization opportunities. Optimize RF coverage to enhance network efficiency and service quality. Monitor network performance to ensure consistent and reliable service. Troubleshoot RF issues, resolving network problems to maintain high service levels. Document cellular infrastructure to maintain accurate and up-to-date system records. Support system migrations, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal service disruptions.

Required qualifications:

Three (3) years of relevant RF experience. Strong understanding of LTE/5G fundamentals. Proficiency in RF analysis and assessment. Hands-on experience with drive testing. Expertise in network optimization strategies. Skilled in technical documentation and reporting. Experience in performance monitoring and analysis. Must have an active Secret clearance.

Certifications:

CWNA or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with DoD cellular networks and operations. Proficiency in using spectrum analysis tools. Skilled in project coordination and execution. Expertise in training delivery and knowledge transfer.
