We are looking for a skilled HR/TA Specialist to join our team in Exeter, New Hampshire. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving recruitment and onboarding efforts while supporting key organizational initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet organizational needs.
• Coordinate and oversee onboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance employee learning and development programs.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Process invoices efficiently and ensure timely payments.
• Utilize Paylocity for recruiting.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision to support administrative functions.
• Support benefits-related initiatives and provide assistance in resolving employee inquiries.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring and onboarding processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR-related roles.
• Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and other financial software.
• Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills to interact with candidates, employees, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment regulations and best practices in HR.
