Guest Service Supervisor

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the shift and ensuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience. What will you do?

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate and manage the production of marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
  • Create, curate, and communicate engaging content across social media, email, websites, and promotional channels.
  • Execute promotional games, contests, drawings, giveaways, and related event activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, materials, and insights needed for marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Manage scheduling and coordination of marketing activities.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, maintaining marketing and customer databases, and updating customer account information (excluding rating changes).
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze marketing initiative performance and promotional activity results.
  • Maintain daily procedures for Lucky North Rewards members, including ID verification, application processing, record keeping, and accurate computer coding.
  • Communicate promotional and rewards program information to patrons and team members and answer related questions.
  • Recruit new club members and support overall customer engagement efforts.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all customer interactions, records, and program activities.
  • Assist with customer complaint resolution using active listening and de-escalation skills.
  • Maintain inventory of retail items and department supplies.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to Players Club Attendants.
  • Assist in the hiring process and respond to team member questions regarding policies and procedures.

More about you

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database and point-of-sale system preferred.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Physical requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Frequent standing the entire length of shift.
  • Exposure to secondhand smoke and moderate to high noise levels at times.
  • Keyboarding 25% - includes the use of handheld devices while on the casino floor.
