- Responsible for being a technical leader and owner of Newfront's Total Rewards program, working through ambiguity and implementing best-in-class solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products, influencing outcomes
- Mentor junior engineers, ensuring code quality, commitment to craft, and operational excellence
- Build out the team and drive innovation and growth through cross-collaboration and project execution
- Work on multiple domains such as employee benefits data platform, HR leader admin portal, employee applications, admin ecosystem, and emerging AI-powered applications

- Experienced software engineer with a background in leading web application development at scale
- Proficient in backend server languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Go, or TypeScript
- Skilled in web development best practices like containerization, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
- Strong communicator able to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Passionate about problem-solving, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative team environment
