✨ About The Role
- Responsible for managing client relationships and developing service strategies to meet client needs
- Prepare and conduct client meetings, manage new business RFPs, and participate in prospecting activities
- Collaborate with production teams to deliver client needs and participate in carrier activities
- Conduct thorough contract reviews for clients, manage database file information, and maintain documents in agency management systems
- May involve seasonal or intermittent traveling to visit clients and prospects
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced professional with at least 5 years in the insurance brokerage industry, specifically focused on Life Science clients
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to lead client meetings independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite, with advanced knowledge of insurance risk management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and provide exceptional customer service
- Skilled in training, delegating, and providing feedback to team members
