✨ About The Role
- Responsible for independently managing client relationships and accounts, including conducting strategy renewal meetings
- Prepare and review client communications, finalize for delivery, and manage the marketing process for prospect companies
- Develop, analyze, and implement competitive insurance programs, providing various alternatives for client consideration
- Act as the primary client point of contact to provide day-to-day service by responding to client questions and requests
- Requires occasional traveling to visit clients and prospects, as well as managing the onboarding process of new clients

- Minimum of 5 years experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for middle market risk management experience
- Exceptional communication skills are essential, including written, public speaking, and presentation preparation
- Ability to independently manage client relationships and complex accounts
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and its advanced features
- Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to address client needs effectively
