✨ About The Role
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve feedback loops and resolve issues
- Build repeatable processes to simplify product releases for internal stakeholders
- Write, edit, and contribute to documentation, training materials, and help articles
- Become an expert on the product and provide creative solutions to users
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation processes

- Experienced in product operations with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple processes
- Comfortable with multitasking, understanding urgency, and managing changing priorities and deadlines
