- Requires occasional traveling to visit clients and prospects

- Minimum of 7 years experience in the industry, with middle market risk management experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage client relationships and develop team service strategies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and its complex features
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and multitasking skills
