Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

As a Sales Representative for Coleman & Campingaz, you will drive growth in Belgium and Luxembourg by securing orders and maintaining brand presence in key outlets across the outdoor, garden, and DIY sectors. You'll collaborate closely with our sales and marketing team based in the Netherlands. While you won't manage direct reports, you'll be part of a dynamic Benelux team committed to outdoor lifestyle excellence. We'll support your development with continuous feedback and access to online training.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and margin targets for key BELUX accounts
  • Prospect new customers and channels in the region
  • Build POS presentations and promotional materials in retail outlets
  • Deliver product presentations and training to store teams
  • Recommend assortment strategies to storekeepers
  • Analyze sell-out data and benchmark competitors
  • Track and report performance metrics to Sales Manager Benelux
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams in the Netherlands
  • Travel requirement: ~60%, within Belgium and Luxembourg, occasionally within Europe

What You'll Need

Minimum:

  • Demonstrable experience in retailer trade
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Fluency in Dutch, English and French
  • Valid driver’s license (B)
  • Affinity for the outdoor and BBQ sector
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • Willingness to travel within BENELUX about 60%
