On-site Human Resources Manager
Eclipse provides high-quality managed on-site services to distribution centers. The organization focuses on dock management services, including inbound receiving, cross-docking, pallet management, and janitorial services.
The On-site HR Manager will manage day-to-day human resources at our warehouse distribution center in Forrest Park, Georgia.
This position will be responsible for providing overall HR support with a primary focus and responsibility for recruiting and onboarding all warehouse associates.
Short term project assignment, approximately 3 months
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a report of open positions including shifts, schedules, time open, fill date, start date for site positions
- Daily communication and reporting on recruiting and new hire onboarding
- Process employee onboarding and conduct new hire orientations
- Process employee terminations and assist in exit interviews
- Manage one onsite Recruiter
- Assist Regional HR Manager with employee relations including investigations, corrective actions and progressive discipline
- Organize and host onsite hiring events
- Utilize company Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate tracking and onboarding (Bullhorn)
- Create and maintain active employee roster in company Time Keeping system (UKG Workforce Management/Dimensions), including shifts and schedules
- 70% Recruitment of Warehouse positions, 30% HR Management and administrative support in partnership with Onsite Operations Team and Regional HR Manager
Position Requirements:
- 3-5 years heavy recruiting experience in fast paced and/or high-volume environment
- 2-3 years demonstrated HR generalist experience
- Demonstrated strong communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
- Possess a high degree of professionalism
- Detail oriented with high level accuracy
- Reliability and dependability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive material
- Ability to learn quickly and multi-task
- Ability to prioritize activities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated basic Microsoft Office Suite skills required
- Experience and proficiency in utilizing ATS and/or HRIS system; Bullhorn and/or UKG preferred
- HR certification given high consideration; not required
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills required (Outlook and Excel)
- AA/AS degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Management/Human Resources/Liberal Arts
