Work with engineers, architects, and product leads to design and deliver new platform capabilities.
Contribute to the CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service) Chat Migration initiative.
Hands-on programming – coding, pair programming, testing, and shipping functionality.
Participate in regular scrum ceremonies and agile ways of working.
Contribute to development and support of the Chat API (BFF) for client and service integrations.
Support replacement and extension of data pipelines to meet wider CCaaS requirements.
Ensure reliability and scalability across Platform Engineering, IT Infrastructure, and Architecture teams.
Skills and Experience:
Several years of professional experience crafting modern .NET applications in
C# and .NET CORE.
Designing robust HTTP APIs with tools such as ASP.NET Core MVC.
Experience working in cloud-based PaaS environments.
Familiarity with Continuous Delivery practices for fast, safe deployments.
Comfortable in autonomous, agile environments with daily innovation.
Experience in complex platform migrations or SaaS transitions.
Strong stakeholder collaboration skills across multiple domains (Engineering, Product, Data, and Operations).
Desirable:
Prior involvement in contact centre, digital servicing, or omnichannel communication solutions.
Exposure to AI-powered customer support tools (chatbots, agent assistance, or routing).
