As an Human Resources Generalist, you will be overseeing both the Residence Inn and AC Hotel in the beautiful Missoula, MT.
Position Summary:
This job exists to administer, direct, and coordinate all functions related to employment including staffing, benefits, training, compensation, and compliance with employment laws and assist in processing employee payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Accountabilities:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for assisting in staffing qualified personnel; ensuring employment statute compliance; and overseeing all aspects of wage, benefit, workers compensation, unemployment, gratuities, service charges and training program direction, implementation, and administration.
Duties & Functions:
Process background and credit checks
Facilitate the new hire paperwork process
Facilitate HR orientation
Coordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities, including recruitment fairs as required
Prepare and place external job postings on company website, internet sites and print ads
