The GTM Operations Analyst plays an important role in supporting sales and merchandising execution for footwear and apparel. This position is central to our quarterly go to market strategy, including goal setting for Canada and tracking and reporting on assortment distribution. The role serves as a Business Analyst by reviewing key performance metrics within regional assortments and monitoring volume activity against corporate goals. The GTM Operations Analyst also provides critical leadership and support for the region's Merchandising and Go to Market capabilities, partnering with NA Merchandising to operationalize assortments and delivering essential system support to create a best in class sell in experience.

Mississauga, Canada Only Pay Range: $66,123.00 - $104,517.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
