Thompson Bath is seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Associate to help keep our remodeling operations running smoothly. This role is critical to our success — ensuring materials are received, organized, and prepared accurately so our installation teams can deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming material shipments
• Safely unload delivery trucks (forklift experience required)
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and organization
• Pull and stage materials for upcoming bathroom remodeling projects
• Occasionally deliver materials to local job sites
• Keep warehouse and office areas clean, organized, and professional
• Help maintain an efficient, well-run warehouse department

Qualifications:

• Forklift experience required
• Experience receiving materials from delivery trucks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move construction materials safely
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Preferred: Previous experience with a bathroom remodeling company
• Preferred: Familiarity with acrylic wall systems
• Preferred: Knowledge of basic plumbing fixtures and fittings

Position Details:

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Weekends off
