Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Engagement Leadership:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and digital application engagements within EY's Managed Services framework.
• Oversee implementation, integration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to define digital strategies, transformation roadmaps, and platform architecture.
• Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and alignment with contractual SLAs and KPIs.

Solution Architecture & Innovation:

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions integrated with other enterprise platforms.
• Drive innovation through automation, AI/ML, and analytics embedded in digital workflows.
• Lead the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices for Salesforce delivery.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, architects, analysts, and offshore delivery resources.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and capability building across the Salesforce practice.

Managed Services Operations:

• Collaborate with EY's global delivery centers to ensure seamless execution of managed services.
• Monitor and report on service performance, incident resolution, and enhancement requests.
• Implement governance models and operational playbooks for sustained service delivery.

Business Development & Practice Growth:

• Support go-to-market strategy for Salesforce and digital services within Managed Services.
• Lead proposal development, solutioning, and client presentations.
• Contribute to thought leadership, industry events, and EY's digital community.

Qualifications

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in Salesforce and digital application delivery.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Experience in managed services or long-term service delivery models.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, APIs, and security.

Preferred:

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with other digital platforms.
