Schedule: Full Time - Varies

Location: Pahrump Nugget, Gold Town and Lakeside (Pahrump, NV)

Salary: Will discuss with applicant

Summary: Monitors assigned areas, verifies jackpots, machine tilts, distribution of promotional tickets. Ensures the casino floor maintains a clean, orderly, and welcoming appearance always.

Minimum/Preferred Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills with experience working in team environment
• Proven experience providing high level of guest service
• Required to have the ability to operate computer equipment including a calculator
• Required to be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

Gaming Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Work for sustained periods of time maintaining concentrated attention to detail
• Vision, hearing, speaking and literacy (critical)
• Ability to communicate with staff via radio
• Constant walking, standing, frequently bend, reach, twist, squat, and kneel

Work Environment Potential Conditions:

• Indoor noisy and smoky environment
• Hot and cold temperatures
• Slippery surfaces, chemical agents, and exposure to dust, fumes and/or gases
