Minimum/Preferred Requirements:
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills with experience working in team environment
Proven experience providing high level of guest service
Required to have the ability to operate computer equipment including a calculator
Required to be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
Verify right to work in the United States
Gaming Physical Requirements:
Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
Work for sustained periods of time maintaining concentrated attention to detail
Vision, hearing, speaking and literacy (critical)
Ability to communicate with staff via radio
