So, what does a typical day look like? What does it take to succeed? Proactively engages, connects and listens to customers by asking questions to determine customers' needs. Directing customers to merchandise; informing them about upcoming events, promotions, mobile offers, STAR card promotions all while providing premier customer service. Maintains store appearance. Using a Point-of-Sales system, processing cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, debit cards (cash handling) including counting money and returning accurate amounts to customer.

As a Navy Exchange Service Command employee, you will have the opportunity to support the communities we serve by becoming an integral part of the NAS Fallon community. The qualifiers: Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check. Previous Retail Experience preferred but not required.
