CRM Management & Data Integrity
Own and maintain the CRM (contacts, accounts, pipelines)
Import/export contact lists and manage segmentation
Ensure data cleanliness and duplicate management
Track agent production, office production, and referral sources
Build dashboards for sales reps and leadership
Monitor follow-up tasks and pipeline stages
Train sales reps on CRM best practices
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports
Track KPIs (new relationships, market share, agent activity, farm penetration)
Analyze trends in agent production and territory growth
Provide territory performance insights to Sales Manager
Assist in forecasting and goal tracking
Pull SoftPro or production data and merge with CRM reports
Production data (escrow closings)
Relationship tracking (realtors, lenders, builders)
Marketing Support (Agent-Facing)
Assist with event planning (FCT events, classes & CE classes)
Support social media content coordination
Track ROI on marketing campaigns
Manage email campaigns through platforms like HubSpot, SendGrid, etc.
Sales Team Support
Prepare sales meeting agendas and recaps
Create presentations for agent meetings
Track rep activity and accountability metrics
Maintain territory lists and prospect assignments
Coordinate onboarding materials for new sales reps
Organize promotional materials and branded items
Process & System Optimization
Identify CRM automation opportunities
Improve reporting efficiency
Standardize sales processes
Assist with implementing new tech tools
Driving structure, insight, and execution behind the scenes.
