Join a fast-growing healthcare organization as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) supporting our client's centralized call center. You'll be the first point of contact for patients calling to schedule appointments, report symptoms, or request information. This is a high-volume, inbound call environment where your communication skills and reliability will make a direct impact on patient care.
Required: High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service experience (phone + in-person), 6+ months of call center experience, Ability to manage call flow and communication effectively
Preferred: Healthcare industry experience, EPIC system knowledge, Familiarity with clinic operations and patient scheduling
