Strategic Business Alignment: Lead the execution of OCI’s business strategy, focusing on expansion, service delivery, and operational efficiency. Ensure that various teams’ initiatives align with OCI’s long-term goals.
Program Management: Develop comprehensive program plans and timelines for cross-functional projects, involving teams like Infrastructure Delivery, Cloud Engineering, Data Center Planning, and Operations. Identify and manage project dependencies, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution. Conduct regular program reviews and provide progress reports to executive leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison and facilitator, fostering collaboration and consensus between diverse teams. Ensure smooth coordination and integration of efforts across the cloud infrastructure domain.
Process Improvement and Innovation: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead the implementation of new business practices to increase productivity and reduce costs. Drive innovation projects to streamline operations, improve customer experience, and maintain OCI’s competitive edge.
Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality and timely deliveries. Evaluate vendor performance and identify new partnership opportunities to support business growth.
Risk and Compliance Management: Identify and assess risks associated with cloud infrastructure projects and operations. Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for cross-functional programs. Analyze data and generate reports to provide actionable insights to senior management.
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Extensive experience in program management or business operations leadership, preferably in the cloud services or technology industry. Strong understanding of cloud computing and data center operations. Proficiency in program management methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, MS Project). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. Proven track record of successful program execution and process improvement initiatives. Ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
