The HR Training Facilitator is responsible for educational programs and activities related to training and development.
Minimum/Preferred Requirements:
Human Resources experience preferred.
Previous training and development presentation experience preferred.
Must be able to commute between the Peppermill Reno and Western Village properties.
Must be computer literate and have hands-on knowledge of MS Office software.
Flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure and rapidly changing business conditions.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, expressing ideas clearly and actively listening to thoughts and ideas of others.
Bi-lingual capabilities in English/Spanish preferred.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Develop and facilitate employee and leadership training and development programs for various Peppermill properties.
Coordinate and monitor Peppermill training programs including but not limited to leadership skills, guest service, new hire orientation and safety related training courses.
Assist with data entry and records management system for completed or outstanding training courses.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of leadership and staff within the organization.
Order department supplies by fulfilling weekly orders and ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
Manage special projects as needed.
Assist in all areas of human resources.
