Responsible for planning and coordinating sales initiatives to ensure sales methods, approaches, and account development strategies are formulated and executed to capitalize on revenue opportunities and customer retention requirements. Responsible for maintaining and profitably growing sales and rentals to achieve yearly sales goals in an assigned region. Educate Account Managers and customers on product line or industry and resolve issues. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report.
• Assists in interviewing and hiring new Account Managers and Inside Sales Representatives as directed by the District Manager and manages the Inside Sales Team for the assigned region.
• Ensures the Account Manager is managing time and territory properly including daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings as required.
• Participates in joint sales calls with the Account Manager and monitors productive Salesforce usage.
• Oversees the revenue growth of assigned Account Manager including a quarterly and annual evaluation of the Account Manager and handling performance conversations and documentation.
• Monitors and oversees proposals and pre-bids of the Account Manager. Assists the Account Manager scheme work and properly quote the appropriate forming and shoring systems as required. Evaluates and monitors all bids to ensure appropriate pricing of rental and sales to maintain good revenue growth and market share.
• Monitors and quality check all billing for rental, inventory sales, shortages, damages, and new/used sales.
• Responsible for the training and continued product knowledge of Account Manager.
• Works with the Account Manager, Branch Manager, and Rental Yard Supervisor to help close out projects in a timely manner, with the minimum amount of delay and credits, and to communicate with customers and Corporate on accounts receivable/collections.
• Oversees all customers for the Account Manager. Assist the Account Manager, Inside Sales Representative, Rental Coordinator, and Branch Manager as needed to maintain and grow revenue.
• Maintains the relationship with customers per the Direction of the District Manager.
• Monitors drafting schedule via Monday.com for their assigned Account Managers to ensure proper information is being uploaded and dates are being met.
• Resolves issues for customers and sales representatives in assigned region.
• Shares market and competitor information with all applicable channels within the organization.
• Establishes relationships and working partnerships with Account Managers, vendors, and customers.
• Attends trade shows and promotes assigned product line or industry.
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures.

+ Typically located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors that may cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness, such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes.
+ Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about. Occasionally there may be a requirement to stoop or lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
+ Typically requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time.
+ Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally, 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
