Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 0-to-1-year relevant experience, excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, high learning agility, ability to explain complex policies or concepts in a straightforward, easy-to-understand manner, ability to navigate multiple systems and resources on a phone call with ease, and demonstrated ability managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
