Summary: Troubleshooting, installation and removal, preventive maintenance and repairs of company property; i.e., equipment, environmental, spaces, building and grounds maintenance and all other tasks as assigned.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for cosmetic maintenance (painting of assigned areas).
• Maintain and repairs heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment
• Maintain and repairs refrigerator, broiler and electronic, plumbing and HVAC equipment.
• Lay-out and build walls-metal studs. Hang steel doors and steel frames. Re-align and repair damaged doors, frames, and hardware.
• Install insulation and hang dry wall.
• Proficient in all phases of plastic laminate installation, countertop building and laminate repair.
• Build and install European cabinets
• Install and repair of grid ceilings
• Wire 3-phase motors and change direction of motors.
• Knowledge to read panel legs and use of wire and conduit sizes.
• Use and care for emergency generator, emergency lights and care, electrolysis, removing/installing breakers, ability to calculate amps, and lockout/tag-out as directed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 1 year experience performing same or similar job duties required
• 3-5 years experience performing same or similar job duties preferred
• Experience and/ or certification in millwork, plumbing, electrical experience, HVAC experience with EPA certification preferred
• Working knowledge of 32 mm hinge and drawer system
• Knowledge of proper size of breakers, electric codes, polarity of all circuits, use of an amp probe, meter readings, change out of light ballast, resetting of main breakers and color coding of wire
• Minimum 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Lift, push, pull or carry up to 75% of time
• Work for sustained periods of time maintaining concentrated attention to detail.
• Use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity 75% of the time.
• Vision, hearing, speaking and literacy (critical).
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Working indoors or outdoors in a noisy, smoky, dusty environment that is either hot or cold.
