This role serves as a primary point of contact for member inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, referrals, claims, and other aspects of plan services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring member satisfaction at all times.
