Marketing Operations Manager

Netwrix is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of data, process, and technology. You'll own our marketing tech stack, driving operational excellence, campaign effectiveness, and data accuracy. This is a hybrid role β€” part strategic leader, part tactical executor β€” ideal for someone who's hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about delivering seamless, high-impact experiences for prospects and customers.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week onsite in our KrakΓ³w office.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Marketo (must be a Marketo Certified Expert), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Qualified β€” while partnering closely with peers who own other GTM systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, and PowerBI to ensure seamless integration and operational alignment.
  • Drive operational efficiency through automation β€” from nurture programs to lead scoring, enrichment, and routing β€” always favoring simplicity and sustainability.
  • Build and manage scalable processes that support campaign execution, lead management, and marketing attribution across the funnel.
  • Create and deliver email marketing campaigns end-to-end β€” including campaign logic, segmentation, landing page forms, and performance tracking β€” in close collaboration with the content and demand gen teams.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign and funnel performance, uncover insights, and recommend actionable improvements that accelerate pipeline.
  • Create reporting and dashboards that surface actionable insights, uncover bottlenecks, and drive data-informed decisions across demand gen and lifecycle programs.
  • Coordinate closely with the web team to support tagging, tracking, and onsite testing that enables high-quality measurement and personalization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, SDR/BDR, sales ops, IT, and analytics to ensure alignment, visibility, and consistent execution.
  • Manage a small but mighty team, providing mentorship and direction while still rolling up your sleeves when needed.
  • Advocate for the customer in every system and process β€” ensuring a smooth, responsive experience for every prospect and customer.
  • Maintain and scale documentation, governance, and hygiene standards so we build with intention β€” and avoid future tech debt.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools that expand our capabilities, especially in AI-based technologies.

Qualifications:

  • English fluency (B1+ minimum)
  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) β€” required
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep experience building, automating, and maintaining marketing systems and workflows
  • Passion for clean data, smart architecture, and long-term scalability
  • Excellent problem-solving skills β€” can evaluate multiple paths but choose the one best suited for the situation
  • Comfortable managing people and processes, but always hands-on when needed
  • Customer-first mindset with an appreciation for the downstream impact of every operational decision
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially when managing and deploying changes across critical GTM systems
  • Deep appreciation for the downstream impact of operational changes β€” understands that even "small" adjustments can have big consequences when systems are tightly integrated
  • Strong communication skills and ability to align with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with conversational marketing platforms like Qualified or Drift
  • Experience rolling out and managing a marketing attribution model
  • Exposure to platforms like 6sense, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Bizible, Clearbit, or similar
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance best practices
