Technology is central to how our people at Netwealth work, connect, and succeed. As our next IT Service Desk Analyst, you'll play a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly, supporting colleagues, solving problems, and helping shape a great tech experience across the organisation.
You'll work closely with our IT Service Desk Coordinator and the broader IT team, contributing to daily operations while continuously improving how we deliver support.
Provide hands-on support across Azure RBAC, Microsoft Intune, Power Automate and Power Apps
Build and configure Surface, Dell, and Mac laptops
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues
Resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
Triage, prioritise, and escalate tickets
Keep accurate records in our ITSM system
Suggest improvements to enhance the user experience
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Support project work and operational tasks
Share insights to help refine processes
Assist new starters with device setup and system basics
Support meeting room AV setups and hybrid meeting tech
