The Fund Accounting team ensures the integrity and accuracy of financial transactions within the Netwealth Superannuation Master Fund. As a Fund Operations Officer, you'll manage daily reconciliations, support compliance and reporting, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client experience.
Perform daily reconciliations of the Fund's operating cash account and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure accurate transaction recording in the general ledger and maintain audit documentation.
Support member reporting and compliance with ATO standards (e.g., TBARs, MATS, MAAS).
Prepare reconciliation and ad hoc reports for internal and external audits.
Identify and implement process improvements, including automation opportunities.
Proven experience in reconciliation (baking, general ledger or other financial accounts) - essential
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems.
Experience with superannuation platforms and knowledge of ATO reporting requirements - highly desirable
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
