Role Overview: Netsmart is seeking a Senior Director, AI & Engineering Development to lead the delivery of AI-enabled engineering solutions across our healthcare technology platform. This role is responsible for executing AI and engineering initiatives that translate product strategy into scalable, reliable, and high-impact solutions for our clients and communities. Title rationale (recommended): We use "AI & Engineering Development" to clearly reflect the hands-on software development foundation required for this leader—someone who can build, scale, and operationalize AI capabilities in production while leading high-performing engineering teams. Reporting to senior technology and product leadership, the Senior Director will provide hands-on technical and people leadership, partnering closely with Product, Data, Clinical, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure AI capabilities are delivered responsibly, securely, and at scale.
