Your profile

We are looking for a Datacenter Engineer who has experience in operating IT environments in the context of private cloud data centers as well as public cloud (Microsoft 365/Azure) and has broad competencies in the operation of IT systems as well as IT security. You work independently, can juggle many balls in the air, take responsibility for your tasks, are proactive while also being able to effectively collaborate in teams. You have solid knowledge of security aspects for IT systems and experience in implementing and maintaining secure solutions for customers. You are a problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and can communicate technical issues clearly and understandably.

About the position:

As a Datacenter Engineer, you will help operate existing customers as well as migrate new customers to NetNordic's platforms and ensure that their systems have high security and stability. You will work with technologies such as Windows Server, Linux, M365, Azure, Intune, backup solutions (Veeam/Druva), Defender, Cloudflare as well as optimize customers' IT security. You will help ensure solutions that match their needs, ensure stable operations and implement changes in the customer's environment. Your tasks will include:

• Implementation, optimization and operation of customers' IT solutions.
• Migration of customers to NetNordic's platforms and ensuring a stable and trouble-free transition.
• Work closely with customers to advise and implement the best solutions that fit their needs and ensure that their systems have the highest operational stability.

To succeed in the role, we expect that you have experience/knowledge of some of the following products: Windows Server, Alma Linux, Citrix/RDS solutions, Intune/Autopilot, MDM, Powershell, MS Defender, MSSQL, M365, Backup solutions and Azure. We expect that you have relevant education, certifications and experience from a similar position.
