NetNordic is now looking for a skilled and ambitious Major Account Manager (MAM) who will further develop our existing customer relationships and at the same time open doors for new customers and growth opportunities.

As a Major Account Manager at NetNordic, you will have a central responsibility for both maintaining and developing existing customers and acquiring new customers to the company. You will work strategically with our entire portfolio of solutions and services – Network, Cyber Security, Interaction and Cloud – and ensure that our customers get maximum value from our deliveries.

You will have a key role in coordinating cross-functional customer teams and collaborating closely with other functions in the company to ensure holistic delivery and continuous growth for customers. The role is both operational and strategic – with clear goals and a lot of room for action.

This is some of the main tasks you will have in this position:

  • Drive sales processes towards strategic named customers and new target groups
  • Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Have budget and result responsibility for your customer portfolio
  • Identify and implement cross-selling and development of new solution areas with existing customers
  • Prepare and implement account plans for the largest customers
  • Coordinate and actively contribute in customer teams with internal resources
  • Make sales forecasts and actively work with pipeline management
  • Be an advisor and sparring partner for customers through insight, structure and engagement
  • Who are you? We are looking for you who are ambitious, independent and commercially oriented. You have solid experience from the technology or IT industry with documented results from one or more of our core areas: Network, Cyber Security, Interaction or Cloud. You thrive on combining business understanding with relationship building and sales drive, and are motivated by creating value for both customers and the company.

    Desired qualifications

    • Experience from the technology/IT industry with documented results within one or more of our core areas
    • Strong ability to identify opportunities and implement complex sales processes
    • Structured and methodical, with good understanding of pipeline and forecast work
    • Good collaboration skills and ability to motivate and coordinate team efforts
    • Good communication skills in Norwegian and English

    Practical about the position

    Position: 100% permanent position

    Travel: Some travel must be expected in connection with customer activities

    Language: Norwegian is a requirement, both orally and in writing

    Reports to: Sales Director, Private and Public
